Since 1962, Chula Vista Center has been a welcoming gathering space for families across the South Bay, offering an outdoor destination to shop, dine, and enjoy community life. Today, we’re reimagining what a mall can be by blending Chula Vista events, culture, wellness, and art with a curated mix of shopping and dining.
Our open‑air center features well‑known stores such as Macy’s, Burlington, JCPenney, Victoria’s Secret, Hot Topic, and Aeropostale, along with services like Phenix Salon Suites and entertainment at AMC Theatres. A variety of restaurants bring people together, including BJ’s Restaurant & Brewery, Panera Bread, Chick‑fil‑A, Starbucks, UniSushi, Red Lobster, and See’s Candies, Raising Cane’s and Luna Grill joining soon.
As one of the most recognized destinations for things to do in Chula Vista, the center hosts year‑round cultural celebrations, family activities, wellness programs, and seasonal festivals that highlight the city’s rich diversity.
